Vehicle wrapping training with Paige Walton at The Sussex Sign Company
The Sussex Sign Company has welcomed specialist trainer Paige Walton for practical vehicle wrapping training with our team at our Vehicle Wrapping Centre in Goddards Green, near Burgess Hill.
The visit brought together experienced and newer installers, providing an opportunity to refresh existing skills and develop new ones. Our latest video follows some of the practical work and includes conversations with Paige, Ricky and Ethan about the training.
Refreshing skills and learning new techniques
In the video, Paige explains that she is helping members of our team refresh their knowledge and learn new skills, with the aim of maintaining the quality of the work leaving the workshop.
Ricky, introduced as an advanced level wrapper and installer, describes the value of revisiting his existing knowledge. He highlights the reminders that come from going back over techniques, even when you already have experience.
Supporting the next stage of development
For Ethan, introduced as an introductory level wrapper and installer, the training offered an opportunity to build his experience. He describes it as a good introduction to wrapping and says he enjoyed it and would like to learn more.
Making space for both levels of experience is important to us. It allows established installers to keep developing while newer team members receive practical guidance as they learn.

The training forms part of our ongoing investment in the people behind our vehicle signwriting and wrapping services.
Earlier in 2026, The Sussex Sign Company became the first Metamark Approved Vehicle Wrapping Centre in Sussex, following an assessment of our facilities and wrapping processes. Continuing to develop our team supports the standards that this approval recognises.
