Getting the
message across
The Sussex Sign Company are
delighted to announce that they have been awarded part of a major new national contract to fit the new Agripa Fleet MediaTM
system for many top UK companies.
Fleet Media is a new sector in transport advertising, pioneered by the
innovation of the Agripa flexible advertising system for vehicles.
With this unique system, promotional messages are digitally printed on
to mesh panels that slide into a lightweight PVC 'frame' fitted to the
vehicle sides. This means brand owners can change the messages on
their vehicles as often as they want to.
Whereas
traditional truckside advertising, involving vinyl adhesion, takes a
vehicle out of service for fitting and removal, Fleet Media enables
brands to deploy their fleet effectively, on a permanent basis and on
a large scale, with no disruption to fleet operations.
The Agripa system is
suitable for hard sided and curtain sided vehicles and is
at the forefront of
road safety. The system incorporates retro-reflective contour markings
around the entire perimeter of the vehicle, which have been granted
European approval marking by the Vehicle Certification Agency.
With
Fleet Media, brand owners and fleet operators are becoming media
owners in their own right, transforming their fleet resources into a
powerful, flexible, accountable medium that they can fully integrate
into mainstream marketing activities, such as TV, radio, press and
outdoor activity.
So far, the Sussex Sign Company has carried
out major works in Snodland, Kent and they are about to enter phase
two of the works with the B&Q fleet.
Norman Mayhew of the Sussex Sign
Company said "this is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for us as
this new form of media is going to be a big part of the future."
